Rental Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – The rental contract is for the exclusive use of furnished accommodation in residence.

Article 2 – Length of stay: The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the stay.

Article 3 – Conclusion of Contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the lessor IGUANA Ecolodge deposit of 35% the total amount of the rental.

The lease agreement between the two sides of this Act shall in no way benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, without the written consent of the lessor. Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in immediate termination of the lease to the tenant wrongs, remaining lease product definitively acquired the lessor.

Article 4Cancellation by the tenant : Any earnest paid will be retained in case of cancellation. The reservation is effective after payment of the deposit or full payment of the reservation. The trader is obliged to perform the contract.

Article 5 – Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the contract. L’accueil des clients s’effectuent entre 16h15 et 20h (obligatoirement sur rendez-vous car il n’y a pas de bureau de réception sur place). En cas d’arrivée plus tardive, le locataire devra s’acquitter d’un montant de 30 euros pour les arrivées entre 20h et 22h et 50 euros à partir de 22h.

Article 7 –  Payment of the balance: The balance of the rent is paid to the entrance to the premises. We accept payment in cash, by cheque, credit card and travelers checks. Attention, we ask for a supplement 10 euros for the treatment of travelers checks.

Article 8 – State of play:  : A contract is drawn up between the tenant and the landlord at the entrance to the premises. A statement of previous places his arrival was carried out. It is up to the tenant to report in 30 minutes of arrival defective object or other degradation observed in its housing. After this time, the state of fixtures is considered ok. finally, the dwelling is rented clean. So should the tenant to clean himself on his departure or pay the cleaning fee proposed to his arrival in the amount ranging from 40 euros 85 euros depending on capacity leased bungalow if he does not wish to do so.

Article 9 – Deposit or bond: Upon arrival the tenant, a deposit 500 euros (CB footprint only) requested by the landlord for rented bungalow. 72 hours after his departure, this deposit is refunded if no damage was found. We do not accept deposit checks. It is your responsibility to arrange with your bank before you leave for the amount requested on the account. In contrast, the tenant must pay the sum of repairs if degradations were performed both inside the rented bungalow on the external field.

Early voluntary departure of the tenant, the landlord will collect the deposit in the amount of the balance if the latter refuses to pay the entire stay.

Article 9 a – Linen provided: The bed should only ornaments NOT be cleaned without prior agreement ofIGUANA Ecolodge. To avoid discoloration of linen provided, wash separately light colors and dark at low temperatures (maximum 40°C). finally, any task or discoloration will be charged for accident compensation.

Article 9 b – Deterioration or breakage: Do not replace any broken or damaged object without prior notice to IGUANA Ecolodge.

Article 10 : Use of premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the tenancy and make use of it in the designated places.

Article 11Capacity: This contract is for a maximum number of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the lessor may refuse additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered accordingly to the customer's initiative.

Article 12 Assurances: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is required to be insured by an insurance contract covering the abroad.
